Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all labels are included and the garment is free of any marks or scents.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
