What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some intimate items may be final sale.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7-12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
